I am delighted to introduce myself as your new dental provider and share an overview of my background and care philosophy. My name is Dr. Alex Dang, and I earned my dental degree from Tufts University School of Dental Medicine. Since completing my formal education, I have committed to staying at the forefront of dental advancements through extensive continuing education courses. Additionally, I have gained significant experience in private practice and actively participated in local study clubs specializing in implant dentistry, restorative cosmetics, and oral surgery. This comprehensive background enables me to deliver exceptional care and offer patients the most advanced treatment options available.
My philosophy centers on providing comprehensive dental care in a single, convenient location. By minimizing the need for referrals, I aim to streamline your treatment process, ensuring you receive the care you need efficiently and effectively.
To further my expertise, I have completed specialized training through the Advanced Dental Implant Research and Education Center (AIC), enhancing my skills in implant dentistry. As an active member of the Academy of General Dentistry (AGD), I engage in ongoing education to stay informed about the latest technologies and techniques. I am also a proud member of the American Academy of Implant Dentistry (AAID), which underscores my dedication to excellence in patient care.
Outside the office, I cherish spending quality time with my wife and our two sons. Our family enjoys skiing, camping, and mountain biking. My wife and I also take great pride in supporting our boys as they compete in hockey and swim on their respective teams.

Dr. Rupert Cervantes, DDS, MPH
Dr. Cervantes is a graduate of the UCSF School of Dentistry, earning a DDS in 2003. Dr. Cervantes earned a B.A. History and Political Science from UC San Diego and later received a M.P.H. from UC Berkeley. He has earned certificates in postgraduate dental studies in the arenas of oral conscious sedation, implant dentistry and cosmetic dentistry.
Dr. Cervantes enjoys taking dental education courses to keep apprised of the latest developments in dentistry and applying those aspects that yield the greatest benefit to the patient. Dr. Cervantes' goal is to deliver high quality dentistry. He seeks to be the dentist of choice for life to his patients and his patient's family. When not performing in-office dentistry Dr. Cervantes serves an part-time assistant professor at a Sacramento based dental school and is a dental officer in the United States Army Reserve. In his free time Dr. Cervantes enjoys spending time outdoors with his wife and 3 children, taking road trips and reading.
